TKO COO Mark Shapiro Says They Are Working On A Non-Exclusive Deal For WWE Library Content

Since 2021, the WWE library has lived on Peacock. The original five-year deal with Peacock is set to expire at the start of 2026. WWE will continue its deal with Peacock with quarterly Saturday Night’s Main Event shows, but the library is expected to move off the platform. The future of NXT PLEs, which currently air on Peacock, is also in question.
WWE has media rights deals with ESPN to air PLEs and Netflix to air WWE Raw.
Speaking at the UBS Global Media and Communications Conference, TKO COO Mark Shapiro gave an update on the NXT PLEs and WWE library.
“We haven’t gone to market yet on the NXT PLEs, we have a lot on our plate right now and we want to be smart and strategic about that. We’re in no rush. We need to be deliberate and thoughtful. As it relates to the library, we’re working on a non-exclusive deal at the moment. I think we’ll have something to announce in Q1 [Quarter 1 2026],” he said.
