Former WWE Women’s World Champion IYO SKY has declared 2025 the best year of her career so far.

Over the course of 2025, SKY has solidified herself as a top star on the WWE main roster as for a large part of the year, she remained a part of the WWE Women’s World Championship scene. Capturing the title on the road to WrestleMania 41, SKY would go on to defend the title at WWE’s biggest Premium Live Event before later losing the championship at WWE Evolution thanks to Naomi cashing in her Money In The Bank briefcase at the event. The back half of 2025 has featured IYO establishing a tag team alongside Rhea Ripley as they have been feuding with Asuka and Kairi Sane, The Kabuki Warriors.

In a new social media post late on December 30th, IYO SKY would take to social media to reflect on her year in pro wrestling, declaring that 2025 was the best year of her career so far.

SKY, along with Rhea Ripley, are currently scheduled to challenge The Kabuki Warriors to a bout for the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championships on the January 5th edition of WWE Monday Night RAW. You can read more about that here.
