Alpha Wolf Turns On His Brother Dragon Bane At NOAH The New Year 2026, Wins GHC National Title & Joins Team 2000X

Alpha Wolf snaked out his own brother.

Real-life brothers Dragon Bane and Alpha Wolf went one-on-one at Pro Wrestling NOAH’s ‘NOAH The New Year 2026’ event on January 1st. Bane put the GHC National Championship on the line.

There was a point in the match when Team 2000X member Yoshitatsu came to ringside. He caught Bane’s attention, and while Bane and the referee were focused on Yoshitatsu, Alpha Wolf low blowed his brother. He proceeded to lock eyes with Yoshitatsu, and they both threw up the Team 2000X gesture.

Wolf put Bane away with his finisher to take the GHC National Championship away from his brother.

Afterward, Wolf was joined in the ring by his new groupmates in Team 2000X, and they handed him a new mask that was black to match the group’s color scheme, and it had an ‘X’ on the center of the mask.
