First-Ever Universe Cup Announced; NOAH, DDT, More Promotions To Be Involved

The first-ever installment of the tournament.

The newest season of Pro Wrestling NOAH’s ‘MONDAY MAGIC’ series premiered on January 19th. As the show was ongoing, the first-ever Universe Cup was announced. The tournament will feature promotions under the WRESTLE UNIVERSE banner.

The first round of the tournament starts on March 9th, and the final takes place on April 6th. The participants will be revealed on February 9th during the ‘MONDAY MAGIC’ season finale.

A total of eight wrestlers are scheduled for the tournament, and they’ll be representing their respective promotions such as NOAH, DDT, Michinoku Pro, ZERO1, BASARA, Ganbare Pro, Pro Wrestling Up Town, and MONDAY MAGIC.
