Michael Johnson vs Alex Hernandez Off UFC 324, Irregular Betting Patterns Reported

Hours before UFC 324 the promotion announced Michael Johnson vs Alex Hernandez has been canceled.

No official reason was given, but sportsbooks began limiting action on the fight after noticing irregular betting movements.

Dave Mason of BetOnline posted, “Due to some irregular betting patterns, we will be keeping the limits lower than usual on tonight’s Michael Johnson vs Alex Hernandez bout,” Dave Mason of BetOnline.ag. wrote less than an hour before the UFC’s cancellation. “Additionally, there will not be props on this fight. IMPORTANT: This is a standard measure, not a judgement on the fight’s integrity, possible injury, etc. However, to protect both the bettors and the house, we will err on the side of caution. If you choose to bet this fight: ALL BETS HAVE ACTION.”

Hernandez’s former teammate Isaac Dulgarian was recently released from the UFC after he lost a fight in November that would later be investigated by the FBI due to irregular betting movement. Fans can learn more here.
