Sports host Kay Adams has become a wrestling fan over the past year, starting by live tweeting her experience at the WWE Raw on Netflix premiere in 2025.
Adams has welcomed a number of wrestlers on her show Up & Adams, and CM Punk was the latest superstar to stop by as part of Super Bowl week.
At the end of the interview, Kay wanted to learn the anaconda vice, Punk’s submission move that has tapped out plenty of opponents.
Kay had the perfect opponent to submit in Super Bowl Champion and former WWE 24/7 Champion Rob Gronkowski.
