Killer Kross Wins MLW World Title At MLW Battle Riot VIII

Killer Kross is the new MLW World Champion.
Kross won the title in the 40-man Battle Riot, last eliminating Matt Riddle and Hammerstone.
Donovan Dijak and Bishop Dyer were part of the final five, but they too were eliminated Kross. After dispatching of the Skyscrapers, Kross dumped Riddle and Hammerstone, who were leaning over the ropes as Riddle tried to eliminate Hammerstone.

This marks the first reign as MLW World Champion for Killer Kross. Mads Krule Krugger entered the Battle Riot as champion. He held the title for 138 days (reign ended at the time the match was taped on January 29). He made two successful title defenses.
