MJF: I’d Love To Beat The Shit Out Of CM Punk. Just For Shits And Giggles
MJF and CM Punk will forever be connected thanks to their rivlary in AEW, which is considered by many fans to be one of the best rivalries in AEW history.
It seemed like they were destined to meet again after AEW All Out 2022, but Brawl Out changed the future of both men and the promotion.
Now, Punk is the WWE World Heavyweight Champion and MJF is the AEW World Champion. Both men are in San Francisco for Super Bowl week, making the media rounds.
Speaking to Compas on the Beat, MJF was asked about Punk walking around media row.
“Who could possibly give a shit. It’s about me right now. Fuck him. It’s always about me. I’d love to beat the shit out of him. Just for shits and gigs. I would love to literally be put in a situation where I could bash his stupid fucking face in again. He had a fluke victory over me in the dog collar match because of that schmuck Wardlow. The only time I lose, somebody cheats. I had CM Punk’s number, I beat him twice in Chicago,” said MJF.
The last match between the two was at AEW Revolution 2022 where they met in a dog collar match.
