MJF: Swerve Strickland Is A Very Intelligent Linguist, He Can Talk, But He’s No MJF

MJF speaks about Swerve Strickland’s promo ability, noting that he is a ‘very intelligent linguist’.

Max is known for several things in the wrestling industry, but his vicious promos are up there with some of the most important parts of his package as a professional wrestler. Now, he has given credit to a fellow former AEW World Champion.

While speaking to You Better Bet in a new interview, MJF noted that Swerve is a ‘very intelligent linguist’ but he’s no MJF on the microphone.

“Swerve is very interesting. I absolutely verbally decimated him in Manchester. I’m sure you saw it. I mean, I literally verbally bent him over. Now, am I saying that on any given night that’s what’s going to happen? Not necessarily. Swerve is a very intelligent linguist. Swerve can talk, but he’s no MJF. Frankly, that’s no slight on Swerve because who is?”
