One of the most famous rivalries in the history of professional wrestling took place in the late 90s, as Stone Cold Steve Austin and Vince McMahon would clash again and again, with the then boss of WWE taking many stunners from ‘The Texas Rattlesnake’. For Ken Anderson, the feud was so well handled that he attributes his love of wrestling to the rivalry.
While speaking to Josie’s Corner in a new interview, Anderson noted that the rivalry is his favorite of all time and what got him into wrestling.
“Austin versus McMahon is my favorite. That whole lengthy… That’s what got me into wrestling. I didn’t like wrestling when I was your age. I actually disliked it. I hated wrestling. I thought it was stupid. It wasn’t until I was about 21, 20 or 21, that I got introduced to Stone Cold Steve Austin. And at the time, the feud with McMahon was just…”
