Jeff Jarrett: We Have Not Seen The Last of AJ Styles in the Ring

One of the main topics of discussion in the world of pro wrestling still revolves around the status of AJ Styles.

Despite losing to Gunther at the Royal Rumble, many believe Styles has only wrestled his final match in WWE, not final match of all time.

On the latest episode of My World, Jeff Jarrett took a stab at this topic and offered up his opinion.

“We have not seen the last of AJ Styles in the ring,” Jarrett said. “And look, it may be a year, it may be two years, I don’t know. But AJ, if you watched that match with the false finishes… I thought the finish to the match was done really well and both guys got over.”

Jarrett added, “No, I don’t think we’ve seen the last of it. The taking off the gloves then not, it’s curious. It’s up there in the top three or five stories of what’s going to happen next.”

Double J said he believes Gunther got the most equity out of beating AJ Styles, more than when he beat John Cena and Gunther. With the Road to WrestleMania in full swing, The Ring General is set to be a huge part of that while we now know Styles won’t be involved.
