Kyle Fletcher Says Match Quality And Outcome Are Equally As Important As Each Other

Kyle Fletcher wants to see banger matches with great outcomes.
Fletcher’s name has remained in the headlines as of late, as he recently defeated Tommaso Ciampa to win the TNT Championship.
Promoting the Grand Slam Australia event, Kyle Fletcher sat down with Wrestle Radio Australia. He was asked to talk about what is more important — match quality or match outcome?
“I think there as important as one another because I don’t think one matters as much without the other. If the match quality isn’t there, the result — people won’t care about it as much. If the match quality is great and then the outcome is [not good], that’s like the last taste left in someone’s mouth, so it kinda ruins the whole experience. It’s hard because you don’t always want — in pro wrestling, it’s a roller coaster. You don’t always want people to feel happy and amazing and perfect, that’s the beauty of it. I think it depends on the context, but I would still say they’re both equally as important as each other.”
Fletcher will defend the TNT Championship against Mark Briscoe in a Ladder Match at Grand Slam Australia. Fans can check out the current lineup for the show by clicking here.
