Isiah Kassidy Says He Didn’t Let What Was Happening In His Career Determine The Rest Of His Life

For the first time in over a year, Private Party (Isiah Kassidy & Marq Quen) competed on AEW television when they returned on Wednesday’s Dynamite.

The duo had been off television since January 22, 2025 when they lost the Tag Team Titles to the Hurt Syndicate (Bobby Lashley & Shelton Benjamin).

In his latest vlog, Kassidy offered some explanation as to what has happened over the last year.

He first thanked Trey Sneed for helping him get in better shape and locking in on his diet and training. He said he’s been consistent getting in the gym, getting closer to God, and traveling the world, including going to a Coldplay concert.

“Despite everything going on in my career, I had a great time. I didn’t let what was going on determine what I was going to do outside of this. I still lived my life and I still had a great time. Might say the best time I ever had,” he said.

Private Party faced the Young Bucks (Matt Jackson & Nick Jackson and The Rascalz (Dezmond Xavier & Myron Reed) in a three-way bout on Dynamite.

After the match, Kassidy said it was great to be back in the ring and thanked the fans for the love they showed over the last year.
