Trey Miguel Speaks About Missing TNA Slammiversary 2025, Says He Did Not Have A Hernia
Miguel did not have a hernia injury.
On the lead-up to TNA Wrestling’s 2025 Slammiversary pay-per-view, it was announced that Trey Miguel would no longer be competing on the show because of a hernia injury.
Miguel was the focus of a K & S WrestleFest virtual signing and stated that it was later discovered that he did not have a hernia injury.
“This was last year. I wasn’t on Slammiversary last year because I was out with what they thought was a hernia but it didn’t end up being a hernia…”
Miguel returned to TNA in January 2026 after he was let go from his AEW contract. At the No Surrender special, Miguel captured the TNA International Championship.
