Triple H Congratulates AJ Styles: “AJ Lived Up To His Full Potential & Is Absolutely Loved By Everyone”
Triple H’s message to AJ Styles.
The closing segment of the 2/23 Monday Night Raw in Atlanta, Georgia, featured an in-ring segment with AJ Styles to close the night of his career being celebrated. Styles lost to GUNTHER at the Royal Rumble Premium Live Event, and per the stipulation, he had to retire from in-ring competition in WWE.
After laying his signature jacket and gloves in the ring, The Undertaker came out to the ring. He revealed that Styles will be a part of the 2026 WWE Hall of Fame class.
WWE Chief Content Officer Paul ‘Triple H’ Levesque sent a congratulatory message to Styles:
I’ve often said you can’t live up to your full potential in this business without being hated by some. AJ lived up to his full potential and is absolutely loved by everyone. Styles said in a post-show interview that he legitimately had no clue he’d be receiving the honor.
As of this writing, the 2026 WWE Hall of Fame class includes Stephanie McMahon and AJ Styles.
