Tiffany Stratton Says Time Off From WWE Was ‘So Amazing’ For Her Mental & Physical Health

Tiffany Stratton is back in the mix.

Entering the 2026 women’s Royal Rumble match at the number 30 spot was Tiffany Stratton. Stratton had been off WWE programming since Saturday Night’s Main Event in November, where she lost the WWE Women’s Championship to Jade Cargill.

Stratton is now back in the fold, and she spoke about her time off while chatting with Adrian Hernandez. Stratton said that the break was good for her mental and physical health.

“Oh yeah, it was so good for my mental and my physical. Obviously, being a pro wrestler, we have so many little injuries here and there so, I got to heal all of those and coming off of such a long title reign — I was the champion for, I believe, 302 days — that’s a long time. That’s almost a full year of just go, go, go, go, go. Whenever they expect you, you have to be there. Media appearances, wrestling. It was a lot the past couple of years, or the two past two years I’ve been on the main roster and just go, go, go. I didn’t have one Friday off. I was on TV every single week so, to just kind of slow down and I had just bought a house so I got to kind of be in my house, be in my own space… It was just so amazing for my mentality and also my physical as well.”

Stratton is scheduled for the women’s Elimination Chamber match at WWE’s Elimination Chamber PLE. She’ll be in the bout with Rhea Ripley, Asuka, Raquel Rodriguez, Alexa Bliss, and Kiana James.
