Starting March 4th, NJPW is going to kick off the 2026 installment of the New Japan Cup tournament. On social media, the promotion confirmed that the winner of the tournament will challenge Yota Tsuji for the IWGP Heavyweight Championship at Sakura Genesis on April 4th.
