Gabby Forza Recalls Taking Part In C4 Women’s Title Tournament, Praises Her Opponents
Gabby Forza reacts to her big loss in C4 Wrestling.
At their Bring It On event in February, the promotion hosted a tournament to crown the first-ever C4 Women’s Champion. Forza dropped out of the competition in the first round, losing to Kristara.
Speaking with Fightful’s Joel Pearl for a new interview, Forza talked about the loss and her history with C4 Wrestling.
“I’m very excited that even though I didn’t win, my crown slipped a little in that match. I lost my temper a little bit. It happens in the heat of the love of the game. Kristara is an amazing wrestler. I was just excited to be in the ring with her and my other opponent, Seleziya Sparx. But every woman on this show is incredible—so, so talented. Every time I come to Canada, I meet more wrestlers and more people I want to wrestle and it’s just full of talent here. A year ago, I wrestled in the main event at the first ever C4 all women’s show and I will brag about that, boast about that till the end of time because I was so proud. Being able to main event a show like that felt so big because every woman on the show belongs in a main event and every woman on the show belongs in a match that I was in tonight. So it was really special.”
Elsewhere in the interview, Forza talked about her recent success and revealed that she wants to face Kris Statlander in a singles match. Fans can check out her full comments here.
