Tony Khan Is Optimistic That Samoa Joe Will Return Soon

Tony Khan gives an update on Samoa Joe.

On the January 28 episode of AEW Dynamite, it was announced that Samoa Joe suffered a non-contact injury and was not cleared. Joe last wrestled on the January 21 episode of Dynamite, defeating Mike Bailey.

Speaking on the AEW Revolution media call, Adam Barnard of the Sportster asked Tony Khan if there was an update on Joe.

Tony stated that Joe is still recovering, but he is optimistic about his return being very soon.

Joe recently stated that he would be back sooner than later.
