Manami Toyota Shares That She Has Torn ACL & PCL In Left Knee, Also Has Tear In Right Knee

The injuries derive from the wear and tear that Toyota put her body through.
For 30 years of her life, Manami Toyota was a full-time wrestler. The highly-regarded talent spent the majority of her career with All Japan Women’s Pro-Wrestling and OZ Academy, among other promotions.
During an interview with Sports Graphic Number, Toyota opened up about the wear and tear her body has been through because of her career in wrestling. She shared that present day, she has a torn ACL and PCL in her left knee, and there is a tear in her right knee as well.
“My neck’s fine, but my left hand is a bit numb. My knees are bad. My left one has a torn ACL and a torn PCL, and one of them is torn on the right as well.”
While retired from in-ring action, Toyota made appearances for the Ice Ribbon promotion in Japan. Her last match was for Ice Ribbon in 2019.
