Marina Shafir: Toni Storm Is A Very Special Presence For This Business

Marina Shafir discusses her AEW Revolution opponent, ‘Timeless’ Toni Storm.

Over the course of the past few months, Marina and Storm have been battling as opponents during a lengthy feud that will culminate in a singles match against one another at AEW Revolution later tonight.

While speaking to the New York Post Sports in a new interview, Marina Shafir spoke about her rivalry with Storm and her abilities in the ring.

“Toni is a very special presence, like, for this business. I feel like it’s just simple and easy with her. She accentuates everything she is and everything I am. It’s just I’m trying to find like a fancy way of talking about it. But it’s just that, you know, she’s timeless and I’m eternal. That’s just how it’s- we’re just two different entities in this in this business. I truly believe that I like- what her intentions are and what my intentions are like two different things, and I would love I can’t wait to fight about it. I’m about to bring something out of her. She’s never experienced before where everybody thinks it’s going to be one thing. I genuinely think it’s going to be another.”
