Steve Austin Gives His Status For 3/16 WWE Raw
The wrestling world is celebrating 3:16 day on March 13 in honor of Austin 3:16 and “Stone Cold” Steve Austin.
The iconic Austin 3:16 promo turns 30 years old in 2026, and it was the promo that helped launch Austin into superstardom in the WWE. Austin would go on to become one of the most legendary figures in wrestling history, winning multiple championships, headlining WrestleManias, and setting box office records.
Speaking to Zack Heydorn of SI’s The Takedown, Austin was asked if he would be part of the March 16 episode of WWE Raw.
“They should tune in because they love WWE. I’ll be a few days out from a race and we’re trying to get that car ready, and we’re working our asses off. I’ll be hunkered down in a garage in Nevada, trying to get this buggy ready to race this grueling 250 mile race. I want to get out there and put my own show on in the desert,” said Austin.
That settles that.
