Report: WWE Night Of Champions Scheduled For June In Saudi Arabia, Date Seemingly In Question Due To War

Details on WWE Night of Champions in Saudi Arabia.
Brandon Thurston of POST Wrestling reports that WWE Night of Champions is scheduled for June 27 in Saudi Arabia, but the date is in question due to the military conflict involving Iran.
Tom Brady’s Flag Football game in March and Formula One events in April have moved out of Saudi due to the war.
Thurston writes, “WWE and Saudi Arabia’s General Entertainment Authority did not respond to questions from us about whether they are considering rescheduling or canceling the event due to the ongoing war in the Middle East.”
Riyadh has been targeted by counterattacks from Iran since major hostilities broke out at the end of February. The U.S. Embassy in Riyadh was struck in early March, reportedly by an Iranian drone.
WWE WrestleMania 43 is scheduled to take place in Saudi Arabia.
