DDT’s Yuki Ueno Undergoes Laser Eye Surgery
Ueno is going to be out for the remainder of March.
DDT Pro-Wrestling pushed out the announcement that the current KO-D Openweight Champion, Yuki Ueno, would be out of action after it was discovered that there were signs of a retinal tear.
Ueno took to social media to share that he’s already undergone surgery.

Ueno is going to be out of action for the remainder of March. He will still be doing an autograph signing at DDT’s 3/28 show.
He is scheduled to return to the ring at the promotion’s April 1st event.
Ueno is in the midst of his third reign as KO-D Openweight Champion. He won the belt in September 2025 and has had six defenses.
