MLB is instituting the ABS challenge system this season, allowing players to challenge balls and strikes. How does it work? John Cena breaks it down.

Ahead of the MLB debut on Netflix, John Cena explained that batters, pitchers, and catchers can challenge balls and strikes, but teams are only given two challenges per game.

The New York Yankees and San Francisco Giants opened the MLB season on Wednesday night, playing in the first-ever MLB game to stream on Netflix. The Yankees easily took care of business, winning 7-0.

MLB opening day for the majority of teams is on Thursday, March 26.
