Roman Reigns Thinks Cody Rhodes Was Nervous Around Him On ‘Street Fighter’ Set

Roman Reigns and Cody Rhodes are both set to star in the upcoming “Street Fighter” film with Reigns playing Akuma and Cody playing Guile.

In a recent interview, Cody said that people on set thought they were going to fight while filming and that they were cognizant that the two didn’t cross paths. Cody called his relationship “crazy” and “strange.”

Speaking to TMZ, Roman was asked about Cody’s comments and not being around him on set.

“The rumor is, he was requesting that. He was a little nervous that I was showing up. He got there before me and there was only a couple days of crossover. I think he was a little (nervous). You know what it is. The Tribal Chief comes to town and he gets a little nervous. He doesn’t know what to do,” said Roman.

Roman Reigns and Cody Rhodes faced in the main events of WrestleMania 39 and WrestleMania 40. They teamed at Survivor Series 2025.

“Street Fighter” will be in theaters on October 2026.
