Josh Alexander Announces He Needs Knee Surgery, No Timetable For Return

Josh Alexander gives an update on his status.

Taking to social media, Josh Alexander confirmed he suffered a serious knee injury on AEW Collision and that he will need surgery on Wednesday. He said there is no timetable for his return.

Alexander said he doesn’t know what the future holds for him. He expressed his disappointment that he would not be able to defend his MLP Canadian Championship at MLP x ROH Global Wars on Friday.

Alexander teamed with Konosuke Takeshita & El Clon against Mistico, Mike Bailey, and Kevin Knight at AEW Collision Slam Dunk Sunday. Alexander seemingly injured himself getting his knees up to block Bailey from hitting his moonsault knee attack.

We wish Alexander the best as he recovers.
