Cody Rhodes Admits $10K Is An ‘Absurd’ Amount For Bus Tour, Wants To Give Fans A Unique Experience
For the second straight year, WWE and OnLocation are allowing fans to tour the bus of Cody Rhodes ahead of WrestleMania.
It only costs $10,000.
Speaking on Busted Open Radio, Cody was asked about the bus tour and the price to enter.
“I like all the different takes on what it would take for me to spend that money to go on the tour bus, and then listing, ‘Pharaoh has to be on it,’ ‘special guest referee at WrestleMania.’ There are some fun ones. We did this tour last year, very quietly, and it’s just a sweet OnLocation deal for the people that want a little bit of that extra moment. What I did last year was fun, they got to see my WrestleMania gear in advance and we got to talk WrestleMania. I have a good plan for them this year. It’s an absurd amount of money. Gosh, thanks for the fact that people are paying that, it makes me feel incredible. I want them to feel like they got a unique and cool experience, and something intimate with us. When you got those moments with your fans where you can sit down across from them and get to know them….two of the guys who were on the bus tour last year are coming on my podcast. I wanted to bring a fan on the podcast to see what that is like. We’ve stayed in touch. I look forward to a new crew this year, and thank you for doing that,” he said.
Rhodes is set to defend his Undisputed WWE Championship against Randy Orton at WrestleMania 41.
