Lady Frost: I Don’t Want To Start Low In MLW, I’m Going Right For The Top
Lady Frost is aiming for the top stars in MLW.
Just days after signing with the company, Frost will make her debut for MLW at their Charleston event on Sunday, April 12. If you were expecting her to start at the bottom of the division, you’ve got things all wrong.
Speaking with Fightful’s Sean Ross Sapp, the eight year veteran noted that she’s ready to call out the MLW Women’s World Featherweight Champion — Shotzi Blackheart.
“I think there’s a lot of women around the world. Hopefully that I get to travel more. I know that MLW has a working relationship with the girls from Japan. I know Shotzi is the champ right now. So obviously my target’s huge. I don’t want to start low. I’m going to right for the top, calling her out. We’ve never wrestled. We’ve been in independent locker rooms together actually years and years ago. So I think that will be interesting.”
Elsewhere in the interview, Frost said that she’s not bitter about her time with AEW/ROH. Check out her full comments on her stint with the company by clicking here.
