Billy Gunn Reveals Colten Gunn Is Cleared For In-Ring Return

Colten Gunn has been out since the summer of 2025.

During the summer of 2025, Colten Gunn went down with an injury and was unable to compete in an AEW Tag Team Title Eliminator tournament. During the bout, Colten grabbed at his knee after coming down from a lifting punch.

Colten’s father, Billy Gunn, participated in a virtual signing and confirmed that Colten has received clearance for an in-ring return.

“He’s great,” Billy responded when asked how Colten Gunn is doing. “He just got cleared yesterday. So he’s good. Thank you for asking.”

Colten is a member of the Bang Bang Gang that currently consists of Juice Robinson, Austin Gunn, and Ace Austin. Their fellow group member, Jay White, has yet to return to AEW programming.
