Road Dogg: Scarlett Bordeaux & Shotzi Blackheart Invited Billy Gunn & I On Their Paranormal Show, But Billy Backed Out

Gunn and James were invited onto the show.

The WWE Hall of Fame duo of Brian ‘Road Dogg’ James and Billy Gunn partook in a virtual signing. As the conversation moved along, James shared that he made a pitch for him and Gunn to host a paranormal show on the WWE Network.

He said Gunn was scared to do it. He went on to add that he and Gunn were invited onto Scarlett Bordeaux and Billy Gunn’s paranormal show, but Gunn backed out.

James: “Wouldn’t you watch a show called ‘The Paranormal Outlaws’ where me and Billy would go ghost hunting?”

Gunn: “No! Nope.”

James: “Hey, but for real, when we first started the WWE Network, I pitched it. It was 2015 or 20-whatever it was but we were back together and I said, ‘This is a way for us to keep going,’ and he wouldn’t do it. He gets scared. Actually, in Indianapolis, Scarlett Bordeaux and Shotzi Blackheart were going ghost hunting and invited us to go that night… We were doing our professional photos, and she came in there to do that and film it and Billy ran out of the room.”

James was the co-lead writer of Friday Night SmackDown but left the company in early March. Gunn is signed to All Elite Wrestling as both a producer and a talent.

Elsewhere during the signing, Billy shared that his son Colten Gunn has been cleared for in-ring action.
