Will Ospreay Wants To Go After NEVER Openweight 6-Man Tag Team Titles With Great-O-Khan & HENARE

Ospreay suggests going after the 6-Man Tag belts.
Before Sakura Genesis 2026, the last time that Will Ospreay wrestled in Japan for NJPW was in February 2024 at The New Beginning in Osaka.
He was in action on April 4th at Sakura Genesis and teamed with United Empire (Great-O-Khan & HENARE) to defeat Yuya Uemura, Taichi, and El Desperado.
While delivering their backstage comments, Ospreay suggested that he, O-Khan, and HENARE go after the NEVER Openweight 6-Man Tag Team Championship.

The titles are currently being held by Hirooki Goto, YOSHI-HASHI, and NJPW STRONG Openweight Champion Oleg Boltin. In the match after Ospreay’s return, Bishamon and Boltin defeated HOUSE OF TORTURE (Ren Narita, Chase Owens & Yujiro Takahashi) to retain the belts.
In the main event of Sakura Genesis, United Empire’s Callum Newman dethroned Yota Tsuji to become IWGP Heavyweight Champion. Afterward, Ospreay asked Newman and United Empire for a favor. For more on that, click here.
