In today’s era of professional wrestling, young talent have been breaking out across promotions as the new generation continues to develop nearer to the top of the card than ever.
While speaking to Know Your Wrestling in a new interview, Cedric Alexander noted several young talent that ‘make him proud to be a wrestler’.
“Guys like that really make me proud to be a wrestler. To steal a phrase from my old trainer George South, they did it the right way. They came in, paid their dues, really learned from the business and really adapted their own style, their own personalities. Like a Leon Slater, like a Je’Von Evans, or to even speak more about TNA guys, like a Jason Hotch, who I think is very underrated. Guys like that: they really deserve the spotlight and I’m glad they’re getting that time.”
