Tatum Paxley Retains NXT Women’s North American Title At NXT Stand & Deliver 2026

Tatum Paxley retained her title against Blake Monroe.

At the NXT Stand & Deliver Premium Live Event, Tatum Paxley defended her NXT Women’s North American Championship against Blake Monroe. This was Monroe’s first appearance at a Stand & Deliver event.

Throughout the match, Monroe targeted Paxley’s shoulder after Paxley took a hard landing on the ramp earlier.

Despite that, Paxley retained her Women’s North American Title after a Cemetery Drive and finally reclaimed the belt that Monroe had kept hostage.
