On April 8, 2026, All Elite Wrestling hosted a new episode of Dynamite at Rogers Place in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.

AEW Dynamite (4/8/2026).

• Chris Jericho to address his return.
• TBS Championship: Willow Nightingale (c) vs. Queen Aminata.
• Darby Allin, Bandido & Jack Perry vs. Don Callis Family (Konosuke Takeshita, Mark Davis, & Andrade El Idolo).
• Kenny Omega to speak.

First Hour.

• Death Riders brawled with United Empire & Alex Windsor in the parking lot & in the ring. An 8-man tag between the two factions was announced for later tonight.
• Don Callis spoke about Kyle Fletcher’s injury. He then announced that, in his spot, Kazuchika Okada will team with Konosuke Takeshita against The Young Bucks.
• Don Callis Family (Konosuke Takeshita, Mark Davis, & Andrade El Idolo) def. Darby Allin, Bandido & Jack Perry.
  • The Young Bucks & Kazuchika Okada got involved after the match.
  • Okada & Takeshita brawled; however, The Rascalz laid them out.
• TBS Championship: Willow Nightingale (c) def. Queen Aminata to retain the title.
  • Hikaru Shida watched the match from the ringside.

Second Hour.

• Chris Jericho appeared and announced he was signing his new contract. Jericho said he wanted to sign his new contract close to where he had his first match as a wrestler. Jericho admitted he had some high points & some stinkers, but wanted to continue contributing to wrestling in any form, even if it was in the midcard, main event, undercard, or not being on the show at all. Before he signed his new contract, he was interrupted by The Demand (Ricochet, Kaun & Toa Liona).
  Ricochet told Jericho to just not do all of this. Ricochet said, out of respect, that nobody wanted him and told Jericho to do everyone a favor and never come back to AEW before he got himself hurt. Jericho said he did not give a shit what Ricochet; however, he revealed that he had a clause in his contract allowing him to pick anyone as his opponent for AEW Dynasty.
• Don Callis informed Okada & Takeshita about their match against the Young Bucks at AEW Dynasty. Callis informed Takeshita that if they won, Takeshita would challenge for the AEW International Title.
• Casino Gauntlet #1 Entrant Match: Tommaso Ciampa vs. Mascara Dorada.
