Tony Khan Confirms Forbidden Door 2026, STARDOM Will Be Involved

Forbidden Door 2026 is confirmed.

Ahead of AEW Dynasty on April 12th, company President Tony Khan held the pre-event media call. He was asked if more Joshi talent would be included in AEW programming in the midst of Toni Storm’s absence.

He mentioned that Yuka Sakazaki will be in an ROH Survival of the Fittest qualifying match. The first-ever Women’s Survival of the Fittest match is happening at Supercard of Honor in May.

Khan also mentioned that Hikaru Shida will be teaming with Kris Statlander on the 4/11 episode of AEW Collision.

He then shared that AEW will collaborate with STARDOM this summer on events, including Forbidden Door. No date or location was announced for the pay-per-view.
