Nic Nemeth Says He Still Has Political Aspirations, Wants To Do Some Good For Cleveland ‘Down The Line’

Nic Nemeth still wants to try his hand at politics.
Nemeth has been open about his passion for government in the past, as he’ll bring his take on hot button issues to his comedy routines or social media platforms. While speaking with the Generation Of Wrestling podcast for a new interview, the former TNA World Champion spoke about his previous life plans before revealing that he still has political aspirations.
“20 years ago, the plan was to be pre-law at Kent State, become a lawyer while I’m training for wrestling, become a two time world champion, host Saturday Night Live, join the UFC for one fight, and then go on to be the mayor of Palm Springs and then move my way into being a senator. I still have those political aspirations, I love everything about politics.“
After briefly speaking about the controversial nature of the 2000 Presidential Election, Nemeth noted that he’d love to do some good for Cleveland.
“I love politics, I still follow the law. I get certain Laws For Dummies books, that’s something I like to read in between to stay smart with everything and learn as much as I possibly can. So yes, I absolutely would still love to do that and I feel like that would be something I could very well do some good, maybe for Cleveland down the line.”
Nemeth is set to face AJ Francis at TNA Rebellion on Saturday, April 11. Fans can check out the current card for that show by clicking here.
