Joe Hendry: Kendal Grey Is The Female Kurt Angle In Terms Of How Quickly She Took To The Business

Joe Hendry is ready to crown Kendal Grey.

Despite having just over 100 matches under her belt, Grey already has a group of fans that are singing her praises as the next female megastar in WWE. As it turns out, Joe Hendry is one of those backers.

Speaking with Fightful’s Sean Ross Sapp for a new interview, Hendry noted that Kendal Grey is the female Kurt Angle in terms of taking to the business so quickly.

“When I speak about Kendal—to me and how quickly she’s taken to the business, how good she is—to me, she’s the female Kurt Angle in terms of if you think about how quickly he took to the business at the early stage he did. Everything comes so naturally. She works very hard. I think she’s going to be a huge superstar and I think she’s going to be a huge star for WWE. The sky’s the limit. I think she will very likely go all the way. But those are just words, right? It’s going to be exciting to see her journey over the next couple of years, but the sky’s the limit. She can go to the absolute top.”
