Jacob Fatu Says It Bothered Him Not Being Part Of 2025 WWE Men’s WarGames Match
Jacob Fatu admitted that it bothered him to miss out on the show.
The 2025 men’s WarGames match took place at the Survivor Series Premium Live Event from Petco Park in San Diego, California.
The match resulted in Bron Breakker, Bronson Reed, Logan Paul, Drew McIntyre, and Brock Lesnar defeating CM Punk, Cody Rhodes, Jey Uso, Jimmy Uso, and Roman Reigns.
Jacob Fatu spoke about the match during a recording of Raw Recap. He had been out of action as he got 11 teeth pulled from his mouth. It was mentioned that on the WWE: Unreal show on Netflix, Fatu’s name was listed on the board as a participant in the WarGames match.
“Man, it does,” Fatu admitted that not being part of the men’s WarGames match bothered him. “It was California, San Diego. I mean, that setup was beautiful. To go back, let’s be real, it was a setup. That’s where the great luchador Rey Mysterio, Dom (Mysterio), Nia Jax, they all from around that way. But, it is what it is. So, instead of being home moping and dwelling on stuff, I really had to get right. I feel like this time was the perfect time for me to get right. I ain’t gonna sugarcoat nothing. Yeah, I got comfortable. Yeah, I got way too comfortable.”
Fatu is heading into his second consecutive WrestleMania. He’ll be in action on night one of WrestleMania 42 against Drew McIntyre in an Unsanctioned match.
