Cody Rhodes is asked what has changed the most since he first faced off with Randy Orton at a WrestleMania.
At WrestleMania 26, the faction that was known as Legacy had split up, and would face off in a triple threat match with Randy Orton defeating Cody Rhodes and Ted Dibiase Jr. at the event. A lot has changed since that event, but a lot has also stayed the same as Cody will go one on one with Orton at WrestleMania 42 later this week.
While speaking on ESPN’s First Take, Cody was asked what the biggest change has been in WWE since WrestleMania 26.
“The speed of the game is really up there in terms of the action, bell to bell, what a wrestler would call a high spot. What you’re seeing is nothing like we saw back then, and even that, this is WWE’s first WrestleMania on ESPN, a Rhodes is finally WWE champion after years and years and years of us and my family doing this. So it’s a completely different ballgame and we’re looking at him now. It’s a completely different Randy Orton too.”
Elsewhere in another recent interview, Cody spoke further about the history between he and Randy Orton. You can read more about that here.
