Dominik Mysterio comments on potentially teaming with his dad again, noting that for the time being, he wants to stay away from his dad on WWE TV.
Upon his debut in WWE during the Covid-19 pandemic, Dominik would begin teaming with his father, remaining allies on screen with his family until the inaugural Clash At The Castle show, where he would turn heel and join The Judgment Day, kicking off a lengthy feud between father and son that featured a singles match together at WrestleMania 39.
While speaking to Burn Factory in a new interview, Dominik Mysterio spoke about potentially teaming with his father in the future again in an out of character interview, noting that for the time being, he isn’t interested in teaming with his father again.
“Chill. I’m chill on that. I think it’s time to step away a little bit. There needs to be a lot of things to happen on his end for that to happen, which I don’t think will happen. So we’re definitely going to chill on that.”
Elsewhere in the same interview, Dominik spoke about having a gash on his head glued together rather than staples and stitches, which would have needed him to cut some of his hair off. You can read more about that here.
