Nikki Bella Reveals She Wore Chelsea Green’s Walking Boot At WrestleMania 42
Nikki Bella was unable to compete at WrestleMania 42 due to an ankle injury. She did appear on the show, using a crutch and wearing a walking boot, introducing Paige as he replacement to team with her sister Brie Bella.
Speaking on the Nikki & Brie Show, Nikki revealed she was wearing Chelsea Green’s walking boot.
“I texted Chelsea Green, ‘Girl, can I borrow your boot?’ She said yes. She told me ‘zhuzh is up a little bit more.’ They painted it red and I was like, ‘Oh my God, Chelsea, so your boot is red now.’ We ran into her and Matt after and she was like, ‘I didn’t think I was going to make WrestleMania and I told Matt, technically, I was on WrestleMania because my boot was on it.’ I tried it on before, she’s a 7 and a half. When I put my foot in, I’m a size nine. It didn’t feel good. My stitches were still in because I got them out after the match and it was pushing really hard on the stitches,” she said.
Nikki is hoping to be back in six to eight weeks from her ankle injury. Chelsea has been sidelined since February 6 with an ankle injury.
Paige & Brie would win the WWE Women’s Tag Team Titles in the match.
