Cody Rhodes Won’t Lose His Eye
Cody Rhodes has given an update on his eye injury.
In the main event of WrestleMania 42 night one, Cody Rhodes retained the Undisputed WWE Title by defeating Randy Orton. Near the end of the match, Orton caught Cody with a series of punches that split open Cody.
After the match, Orton hit Cody with the title and laid him out with the punt kick.
Cody’s eye was visibly swollen shut after the match and two nights later on WWE Raw.
On his Instagram stories, Cody wrote, “‘You won’t lose the eye..’ has to be the most positive yet absurd thing I’ve ever heard in a doctors office.”
