Report: WWE Received $6 Million Site Fee For WrestleMania 42, $1 Million More Than WrestleMania 41

WWE received a big site fee for WrestleMania 42.
According to Brandon Thurston and Jason Ounpraseuth of POST Wrestling, WWE received a $6 million site fee for WrestleMania 42 from the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority (LVCVA), which is $1 million more than they received for WrestleMania 41 in Las Vegas.
This is in addition to the $4,314,821 tax credit the company received approval for from the Nevada Governor’s Office of Economic Development. They received $4,240,456 in tax credits last year.
WrestleMania 42 was originally announced as taking place in New Orleans, but was moved to Las Vegas, marking the second straight year the event was held at Allegiant Stadium.
The company touted that WrestleMania 42 was “one of the highest grossing events ever.”
WrestleMania 42 took place on April 18 and April 19.
