Bobby Steveson Talks Music Career, Says He’s Figuring Out Who He Is As A Musician
Bobby Steveson discusses his music career.
As of publish time, Steveson has released three singles. His most popular song is a feature on Ethan Carl’s ‘Midwest Girls’ song, which has recorded nearly 50,000 streams on Spotify alone.
Speaking with Fightful’s Sean Ross Sapp for a new interview, Steveson talked about his current investment in music.
“So when I was younger, my mom had a microphone similar to this, but it was like one of those big ones that every time you sang into it, it’d echo back. So I had that when I was running around when I was younger and then, obviously, done with professional wrestling for right now. I’m able to fully dial in to my craft and just figure out who I am with that country music. Then just figure out who I am as a musician, trying new things here and there and see what works, see what doesn’t work, and keep the ball rolling.”
Continuing on, the former Damon Kemp revealed some of his favorite artists.
“Yeah, country music. I’m a big Morgan Wallen fan. I’ve always enjoyed his music. I enjoy his style. I also enjoy Parker McCollum. Treaty Oak Revival. A lot of those guys, I really enjoy their type of music. But with that, similar to professional wrestling, you just try to find who you are. Obviously you can try to take bits and pieces.”
