Richard Fitswell (One Of The Minihausen’s) Explains How WrestleMania 42 Segment Evolved

Danhausen got his WrestleMania moment when he shared the ring with John Cena at WrestleMania 42.

Danhausen helped Cena, who was interrupted by Kit Wilson and The Miz, bringing along a handful of Minihausens, who got involved in the action.

Speaking to Rewind, Recap, Relive, Richard Fitswell of Micro Mania Midget Wrestling, who was one of the Minihausens, explained how the segment evolved into what it became.

“It was supposed to be something simple. Just walk out with him down the ramp and it evolved into something bigger. We had the Miz come to our dressing room and he asked us if we could pick him up. Backstage, we lifted him up and he said, ‘Alright, I’m gonna go to production and see if we can add it to the skit.’ We went to rehearsal and John Cena was side stage. Danhausen asked John Cena to be part of the production. Then they asked if we could come into the ring. One of the gentlemen gets pushed, one of our guys punched Kit in the lower area. We pummel him. Then we go to Miz and carry him out. That all evolved. It was simple and evolved into something big. To have John Cena out there, plus Miz and Danhausen. It’s like a dream come true. After the fact, John Cena and Triple H came to us and said, ‘What a great job. We would love to have you back,'” he said.
