Nick Khan Earned $24.3 Million In 2025 From TKO, Ari Emanuel Earned $67.4 Million While Mark Shapiro Earned $42.6 Million
TKO has published its proxy statement for 2025, revealing the earnings of TKO executives and employees, including Nick Khan.
The report states that TKO CEO Ari Emanuel was paid $67.4 million TKO President Mark Shapiro earned $42.6 million.
WWE President Nick Khan earned $24.3 million. Khan’s base salary was $2 million, but he earned over $11 million in stock awards and over $10 million in bonuses.
The statement says, “For fiscal year 2025, Mr. Khan’s bonus award value was determined taking into account Adjusted EBITDA for WWE as the primary, but not only, consideration. As a result, Mr. Khan received an annual bonus payment of $7,000,000. In addition to the annual bonus, Mr. Emanuel determined that Mr. Khan should receive an additional discretionary bonus in the amount of $3,750,000 due to the successful launch of our boxing-related businesses.”
The media TKO employee earned $82,428. Wrestlers and fighters are not factored into that number.
