Joe Gacy Issues Statement Following WWE Departure: “See You In 90”

A lengthy statement from Gacy.

On April 24th, there were talent exits from WWE’s main and NXT rosters. On the main roster front, the entire Wyatt Sicks (Bo Dallas/Uncle Howdy, Erick Rowan, Nikki Cross, Joe Gacy & Dexter Lumis) departed the company.

Taking to Instagram, Joe Gacy reflected on his WWE run. He thanked NXT overseer Shawn Michaels, Chief Content Officer Paul ‘Triple H’ Levesque, and wrote individual messages to members of The Wyatt Sicks.

He closed by writing that he’ll see everyone in 90 days when his non-compete is up.

What can I say?

I achieved a dream. I had the chance to work somewhere I always wanted to since me and my brother use to watch Monday Night Raw and fight each other on our beds.

I worked for years and got the chance and it honestly was a pleasure.

To anyone I shared a ring with during my time thank you.

To any producers I worked with during my time. Thank you.

To @shawnmichaels

Thank you for giving me my early opportunity in @wwenxt and allowing me to try something new and become a star.

To @tripleh for putting me in a position with the Wyatt Sicks to achieve a dream and see parts of the world I wouldn’t have seen otherwise.

And to my family. My family my friends.

Bo
Thank you for trusting me and accepting me to be a part of this legacy. I am truly honored.

Rowan
Getting to know you was honestly the best. Laughing during travel and talking just about ideas and how things were with Windham in the early years. It was a blast.

Nikki
My older little sister, thank you for showing me the ropes when I was a fresh call up and had clue what was even going on. Trying to be the light to me and all of us when things were down. But seriously, “how do you live?”keep being the maniac you are.

Dexter
My partner, my brother. Thank you for being someone I can rely on in and out of the ring. You honestly have been an inspiration and a great influence on my professionally and personally.

Thank you to the fans that have supported and continued to support me and us.

And of course.

Windham
I just want to thank you for letting me in. Allowing me to be a part of all of this has been a true honor. I really can’t even believe I got to do this and be a part even a little in keeping your legacy alive.

Love you all.

See you in 90.
