Jim Ross Says He’ll Be At AEW Double Or Nothing, Hopes To Call ‘I Quit’ Match

Jim Ross gives the latest update on his health.

Ross has made sporadic appearances on AEW TV in recent years due to his health, but he plans on being at AEW Double or Nothing.

“I’m gonna be there. Gonna do some work. Don’t know exactly what yet, but whatever Tony Khan says, I’ll run the play. He’s so good to me in that respect. I don’t think he knows, as we speak, that I’m going to be available in Queens. We don’t talk about it. He’s got more on his plate than to worry about JR’s health,” Ross said on Grilling JR.

Ross revealed that he recently went in for a major physical and that outside of a little concern with his kidneys, which the doctors believe is due to the meds he’s on, he got the best numbers he’s received in years.

Ross went on to say that he hopes to call the “I Quit” match between FTR (Dax Harwood & Cash Wheeler) against Adam Copeland & Christian Cage.

Jim Ross has not appeared on AEW TV since AEW All In 2025.
