Creed Brothers Ambush El Grande Americano On 5/2 AAA On FOX
The contract signing segment.
Closing out the May 2nd episode of Lucha Libre AAA on FOX was the contract signing for the Mask versus Mask match at Noche de Los Grandes on May 30th.
Competing in the bout will be the Original El Grande Americano (Chad Gable) and El Grande Americano 2 (Ludwig Kaiser).
The Original El Grande had two provisions that he needed put in place before agreeing to sign the contract. He needed it ensured that if any physicality takes place between the segment and their match, El Grande 2 will automatically lose his mask. His second provision was that AAA backstage interviewer and correspondent, Andrea Bazarte, be removed from AAA. Bazarte is the real-life significant other of Kaiser.
Bazarte grabbed a microphone and stated that she’s fine with it and encouraged El Grande 2 to beat the Original El Grande and take his mask. The Original El Grande then signed the contract.
After the Original El Grande exited the ring, El Grande 2 was ambushed from behind by The Creed Brothers (Julius Creed & Brutus Creed). They slammed El Grande 2 through a table. Rayo Americano and Bravo Americano jetted to the ring to save El Grande 2.
Before Gable underwent shoulder surgery in the summer of 2025, he was leading the American Made faction that consisted of Ivy Nile and The Creed Brothers.
